Sam E. Radin

Sam Radin is an attorney at Schwartz Posel Immigration Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia, and represents people and businesses throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. His clients include families, businesses and professionals.

Mr. Radin provides committed and personalized representation and handles all types of immigration matters, including employment and family-based immigration, naturalization and removal defense. He holds licenses to practice law before all Georgia state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia.

Outside of the office, Mr. Radin stays involved in his legal community by maintaining active membership in the State Bar of Georgia and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He shares his immigration law knowledge by serving in leadership roles for the American Immigration Lawyers Association Georgia-Alabama Chapter. He is a member of the chapter’s executive committee and previously held the roles of treasurer and chair of the USCIS liaison committee.

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mr. Radin earned a bachelor’s degree from Emory University and spent many years working as a paralegal at Schwartz Posel Immigration Law Group. He went on to graduate summa cum laude from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. While pursuing his law degree, he received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and graduated as valedictorian of his class.

Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Radin had a long career as announcer in sports radio. He continues to pursue his interest in sports journalism as the co-host of a seasonal online program about Big Ten college football.
