He also serves as outside counsel for his commercial clients, delivering the solid advice and support they need for their important legal needs.

A 1984 graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Mr. Zucker obtained his Juris Doctor in 1987 from The George Washington University Law School. That same year, the State Bar of Georgia admitted him to practice, and he is also admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., as well as in the state of Colorado.

Widely regarded as a leader in business and employment law and alternative dispute resolution methods, Mr. Zucker has published over 150 articles and conducted more than 100 lectures across the country on a variety of related legal topics. He is also active with the State Bar of Georgia, The District of Columbia Bar and the American Bar Association, among others.

In recognition for his exceptional legal service and impeccable ethical standards, Mr. Zucker has received a number of awards and honors throughout his career, and he currently holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell.
