Shanti Nagrani

Shanti Nagrani is a seasoned personal injury attorney based in Bader Law’s Buckhead, Georgia, office, where he dedicates his practice exclusively to representing individuals harmed by the negligence of others. For more than a decade he has guided clients through a wide spectrum of injury matters – workers’ compensation claims, motor vehicle and trucking collisions and wrongful-death actions – building a reputation for tenacious advocacy, meticulous preparation and consistently strong results.

Mr. Nagrani’s academic foundation in law and public affairs is distinguished. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history from Georgia State University in 2005. He began his legal studies at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, earning an academic scholarship and selection to the Moot Court Board after a school-wide appellate competition. He completed his Juris Doctor at Tulane University in 2010.

Since entering practice, Mr. Nagrani has successfully navigated complex litigation and negotiations on behalf of injured clients, applying a strategic, client-centered approach to secure fair settlements and favorable outcomes. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia trial courts, appellate courts and the supreme court, and he is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
