Shiel G. Edlin

Holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The George Washington University, Mr. Edlin earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law in 1979. During his time at law school, he served as a 5th Circuit survey editor for the Mercer Law Review. He was admitted to practice in Georgia in 1979 and is further admitted to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His background in accounting and his extensive experience allow him to quickly and honestly guide his clients through their issues without going to trial.

He was also on the council for the American Bar Association’s Family Law Section and on the board of governors for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. He has been named a Diplomate of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America list.
