Stephen (Buck) Daniel

Attorney Stephen (Buck) Daniel is a junior partner with the Dalimonte Rueb Stoller law firm, which has seven total law offices across the country. Based out of the firm's Atlanta, Georgia office, Mr. Daniel handles highly complex, high-stakes litigation involving personal injury, toxic torts, pharmaceutical mass torts and class actions for clients throughout the United States.

In addition to his focus on a product liability practice, Mr. Daniel has experience handling contentious domestic relations disputes and felony criminal defense. No matter how complicated his clients' needs or the complexities of the legal challenges they face, Mr. Daniel provides unmatched representation at every turn to help ensure their best odds of achieving the favorable results they expect and deserve. As evidence of his success, he has recovered more than $50 million in total compensation for his plaintiff clients.

In recognition for his exemplary professionalism and outstanding legal abilities, Mr. Daniel was selected for Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars in 2020 and 2021, while also earning a Top 40 Under 40 designation from the National Trial Lawyers from 2012 to 2020. He was a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s inaugural LEAD class, and he has maintained active involvement in his legal community since entering private practice.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in History, Mr. Daniel attended Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor. While there, he received the J. Morris and Eula May Brown Scholarship as well as the President's Scholarship. He is admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts as well as the U.S. Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia.
