Stephen Fowler

Stephen Fowler is a personal injury attorney at The Fowler Firm, LLC, in Atlanta, Georgia. As the firm’s managing attorney, Mr. Fowler handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, DUI accidents, hit-and-run accidents, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents, workers’ compensation and wrongful death. He has over a decade of experience and represents clients throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area. 

Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Mr. Fowler graduated from the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He went on to receive a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia and earned his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. While pursuing his law degree, he also acted as managing editor for the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law. 

As a personal injury attorney, Mr. Fowler provides aggressive representation to his clients, fighting for their right to compensation. He enjoys developing personal relationships with his clients and working with them to achieve the best possible outcome for their situation. He has obtained major recoveries in many different types of injury cases over the course of his career. 

Mr. Fowler has received a number of honors and awards. The National Trial Lawyers and the National Black Lawyers listed Mr. Fowler on their “Top 40 Under 40” lists, and he is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. 

Active in professional organizations, Mr. Fowler holds memberships with the Atlanta Bar Association, the Gate City Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Joseph Henry Lumpkin American Inn of Court. He holds a license to practice law before all Georgia state courts and is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity.
