Steven I. Goldman

Steven I. Goldman is the founding partner of The Goldman Firm in Atlanta, Georgia, where he dedicates his practice to representing individuals who have suffered personal injuries due to another party’s negligence. Since his admission to the State Bar of Georgia in 1986, he has vigorously pursued justice on behalf of clients in matters ranging from car, trucking and motorcycle collisions to airbag malfunctions, drunk and distracted driving incidents, boating and watercraft mishaps, e-scooter injuries and rideshare accidents. 

A tenacious trial advocate, Mr. Goldman thrives in the courtroom, earning a reputation for his readiness to bring each case before a jury if necessary to achieve fair compensation. His steadfast commitment to trial work underscores every aspect of his practice, ensuring that clients facing powerful corporate defendants have an attorney prepared to champion their rights at every turn.

An academic scholar, Mr. Goldman completed both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees at Emory University, graduating in the top third of his law school class. Early in his career, he gained valuable experience defending large employers in labor-law disputes; yet he soon recognized a deeper calling to stand alongside individuals against the formidable resources of major corporations. This guiding principle has shaped his professional journey ever since.

Active in the legal community, Mr. Goldman holds Super Champion membership in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
