Susan J. Sadow is the founding partner of Sadow & Froy.  She is a workers’ compensation attorney who has devoted her entire career to representing Georgia's seriously injured workers.  Ms. Sadow is honored to have been named a Georgia Super Lawyer in the area of Workers' Compensation in 2004, 2006 - 2022 and one of the Top 50 Women Attorneys in Georgia in 2010-2014.  Ms. Sadow has been listed every year since 2003 as one of The Best Lawyers in America. She has an Avvo “Superb” rating and she was awarded the Avvo Clients’ Choice Award in 2017 - 2022.  Ms. Sadow was elected as a Fellow of The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers in 2020.  Ms. Sadow has settled thousands of cases including twelve multi-million dollar Catastrophic injury settlements. She is certified as a mediator by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Sadow has devoted her entire career to representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic injuries, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, severe burns, serious neck and back injuries, shoulder injuries, hip injuries, repetitive use and carpal tunnel syndrome, crush injuries, particularly those involving complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) and knee, foot and ankle injuries. She diligently oversees all aspects of her clients' medical treatment and ensures that they receive timely payment of their income benefits.

Ms. Sadow is a graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1981. Before attending law school, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University with a B.A. in History and French.  Ms. Sadow is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association.  She has served as the chairperson of their Atlanta Bar Workers’ Compensation Section.
