Attorney Susan M. Witt is the managing partner of Witt Law Group in Atlanta, Georgia. A top-rated trial attorney with more than 22 years of legal experience, Ms. Witt focuses her practice solely on personal injury law, and she provides invaluable counsel, advocacy and support to clients throughout Atlanta and all across the state who have suffered injuries or lost loved ones due to the negligence or wrongdoing of others.
Handling all types of personal injury and wrongful death claims, Ms. Witt has secured numerous substantial settlements and verdicts for her plaintiff clients adversely affected by motor vehicle accidents, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, defective products, unsafe property conditions, traumatic brain injuries and other preventable tragedies. Early in her legal career, she worked at a boutique law practice in Houston, where she helped defend hospitals, medical providers and nursing homes against medical malpractice claims.
Ms. Witt's experience as a medical malpractice defense attorney provides her with a unique perspective on the industry and the tactics insurance companies use to reduce or deny claims. Devoted to superior client service, Ms. Witt limits the number of cases she handles at any given time to provide more personalized attention to her clients. Using this approach, she has developed long-standing relationships with many she has served, and she has earned many testimonials and referrals from her satisfied clients.
