Attorney Susan M. Witt is a managing partner with the Witt Law Group located in Atlanta, Georgia. Serving clients throughout the greater Atlanta metro region, Ms. Witt devotes her practice to helping those who suffered an injury or loss as the result of someone else's negligence obtain the full amount of compensation for their damages.

A highly rated trial attorney with more than 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Witt handles all types of personal injury and traumatic brain injury claims arising from auto accidents, dangerous property conditions, defective products and other similar tragedies, and she has extensive experience with medical and nursing malpractice as well as with nursing home and elder care abuse and neglect.

A 1995 honors graduate of Texas Tech University, Ms. Witt attended South Texas College of Law, where she was a member of the Varsity Mock Trial Team. She was also the recipient of the Ruth Betts Scholarship and the Advocacy Scholarship, and she gained inclusion into the Who's Who Among American Law School Students. She obtained her Juris Doctor in 1998, and the State Bar of Texas admitted her to practice that same year.

After working at an insurance defense firm for several years, Ms. Witt relocated to Georgia and received her licensed to practice from the State Bar of Georgia in 2003. She continued to work as an insurance defense attorney until 2009 when she decided to focus on advocating on behalf of plaintiff personal injury clients. Her experience as an insurance defense attorney provides Ms. Witt with invaluable insight into the industry, which helps her build the strongest, most effective cases possible for her plaintiff clients.

In all matters, Ms. Witt strives to provide the highest level of personalized representation and support possible to those she serves, and she takes on only a select number of cases at any given time to ensure she can devote as much of her attention as she can to those in need.
