    · Personal injury

    · Criminal defense

A former chief senior assistant district attorney with the Fulton County District Attorney's Office and former assistant U.S. attorney with the Department of Justice Southern District of New York, Ms. Miller has unique insight into the criminal justice system from both sides, which makes her all the more effective at devising the best defense strategies possible for the accused.

She was also involved in a state-wide prosecution of systematic cheating and test-tampering in the Atlanta Public School System along with other matters affecting children in her community.

While there, she served as notes editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review and executive director of the National Black Law Students Association. She also received the Owen L. Heggs Memorial Scholarship from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the John Wragg Kellogg Prize for academic achievement along with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
