Practicing law in the state of Georgia, Thomas G. Sampson is a tenacious attorney representing injured individuals in the state since 1971. An attorney at the Atlanta-based firm, Thomas Kennedy Sampson & Tompkins LLP, he focuses his practice on personal injury law and, in the past couple of decades, has handled cases where the individual has been injured due to catastrophic injuries, injuries caused by medical negligence and malpractice and premises liability. After graduating from Morehouse College in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science, Mr. Sampson went ahead and enrolled in The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law to pursue his law studies. In 1971, he received his Juris Doctor, and he began his legal career as an attorney the same year. He holds a bar license to represent his clients in both the states of Georgia and North Carolina.
