Handling corporate and commercial matters, Todd N. Robinson represents clients throughout Georgia, across the United States and around the globe. As a founding partner at Robinson Franzman LLP, his work includes navigating issues such as the following: multifamily acquisitions and financing, real estate, litigation, investments and investment disputes, creditors’ rights, financial services litigation, construction disputes, emerging companies and technology.
After receiving an undergraduate in social work from the University of Georgia, Mr. Robinson earned a Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the moot court society.
Whether sitting at the closing table or arguing in the courtroom, Mr. Robinson is known for aggressively pursuing a result that suits his clients’ best interests. He has experience in both state and federal courts and advocates for people across the country.
Known for his responsiveness, Mr. Robinson is a strong believer in the notion that informed clients are best equipped to make responsible decisions about their futures. He answers their concerns immediately and honestly. Then, he collaborates with them to develop a legal strategy that matches their goals and takes their resources into account.
Mr. Robinson is a published author who has written extensively about his practice area. He is also highly involved in groups that are instrumental in his work such as holding memberships with the Georgia Lenders Quality Circle and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a board member for Capital Partners Certified Development Company.
When he is not at his practice, Mr. Robinson enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, as well as playing golf.
