Tracee R. Benzo

Attorney Tracee R. Benzo is the managing partner of Benzo Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Ms. Benzo focuses her practice on workers’ compensation law and serves clients in Atlanta and throughout the state of Georgia.

Ms. Benzo earned a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a paralegal certification from Georgia Piedmont Technical College. She obtained her law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Before entering law school, Ms. Benzo gained valuable legal experience by working as a litigation paralegal. She is the recipient of various scholarships, including the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Scholarship and the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys Scholarship. She has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2008.

Since becoming an attorney, Ms. Benzo has received various honors and awards for her accomplishments. She was listed as a “Top 40 under 40” attorney by The National Trial Lawyers and among the Who’s Who: Top Legal And Accounting Professionals. She also received a distinguished alumni award from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

Ms. Benzo is very active within her legal community. She is a board member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys and previously served as president of the organization. She is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s executive committee and a former member of the group’s new lawyers division. She also belongs to the alumni board of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School.

In addition, Ms. Benzo is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy. She has held other roles, including serving on the executive board of the Gate City Bar Association and president of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.
