• I was selected to present at the State Bar of Georgia’s “Take Charge! Summit – The Innovating Lawyer” while serving as Co-Chair of the State Bar of Georgia Law Practice Management Advisory Committee, demonstrating my commitment to innovation and modern law practice management. My presentation focused on innovative staffing solutions for solo and small law firms and examined the unique operational and financial challenges faced by smaller practices. I explored modern alternatives to traditional hiring models, including virtual staffing, remote support personnel, and technology-driven workforce solutions, with an emphasis on improving efficiency, sustainability, and client service in small firm practice. Drawing on post-pandemic changes in the legal profession, I discussed how advancements in technology, remote collaboration, onboarding, payroll administration, and flexible staffing models can help firms grow strategically while avoiding unsustainable overhead costs. • On February 5, 2021, I, as President of the Cobb County Bar Association Family Law Section President, conducted a 7 hour CLE (through Zoom due to the pandemic) together with the Guardian ad Litem Section.  The program included 10 presentations, including 2 Judges' panels.  We were so happy to receive participation of all 10 Cobb County Superior Court Judges, and I, along with an associate of my firm, served as the Moderator of the first Judges' panel entitled:  "The Kids Are Alright ...
