Uriel Delgado

Uriel Delgado is the founding attorney of Delgado Law Firm LLC in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, where he represents clients in immigration, criminal-immigration matters and personal injury cases. Mr. Delgado’s immigration practice spans removal defense, family-based petitions and humanitarian relief. He frequently represents clients in detention centers across the country, guiding them through the complexities of deportation proceedings and the intersection of immigration and criminal law, often referred to as “crimmigration.” His work ensures that individuals understand how criminal charges may affect their immigration status and future in the United States.

In addition to immigration law, Mr. Delgado handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall claims and catastrophic injuries. Mr. Delgado earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Georgia State University. While at law school, he was active in the Latin American Law Students Association and developed a strong connection to the Latino community that continues to shape his work today. Before attending law school, he gained unique experience working with a software engineering company, drafting utility patents for submission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Fluent in Spanish and licensed to practice in Georgia, Mr. Delgado was born in Texas and raised in Georgia. He takes pride in serving his community with dedication, cultural understanding and unwavering advocacy.
