Wayne A. Morrison

As an of counsel attorney at Kessler & Solomiany, LLC, located in Atlanta, Georgia, Wayne A. Morrison provides experienced legal representation in a broad range of family law matters. His practice focuses on divorce and related issues, including alimony, child custody, child support, annulments and family law appeals. Mr. Morrison advises clients on sensitive family law issues, including contempt actions, grandparent custody, legitimation and paternity, restraining orders, and mediation. His practice also encompasses pre- and postnuptial agreements, providing clients with guidance on legal matters affecting their families, finances and long-term interests. He represents clients through various stages of family law proceedings, including negotiation, mediation and appellate matters.

Admitted to practice in Georgia since 1996, Mr. Morrison is authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His extensive experience in family law allows him to handle matters involving parental rights, financial support, marital agreements and other legal issues arising from family relationships.

Mr. Morrison earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. He previously earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Virginia Tech, providing him with a strong financial background that complements his work on matters involving property, support and other financial considerations.
