Edwin A. Wilson

A junior partner at Frails & Wilson Attorneys at Law, Edwin A. Wilson divides his practice among personal injury and wrongful death litigation, real estate matters, criminal defense, estate planning and administration, workers' compensation, and business law. Located in Augusta, Georgia, his clients come from the greater metropolitan area. Admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts, Mr. Wilson is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, and he has received an "Excellent" peer review rating through Avvo. Mr. Wilson's caseload consists largely of personal injury matters. In that regard, he represents people who have suffered economic and noneconomic harm due to the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of matters that he has handled have arisen out of incidents involving medical malpractice, truck and other motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. In his criminal defense practice, Mr. Wilson assists area residents who have been charged by the state with speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol, and other misdemeanor and felony offenses. His business law experience has included advising entrepreneurs on the most appropriate form of legal entity to choose for their new ventures, and his family law background has covered adoptions.

As an undergraduate, Mr. Wilson attended the University of Georgia, and he received a Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude in 2002. Remaining in Athens for his legal education, he studied at the University of Georgia School of Law, and he was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2005. His professional memberships include the Augusta Bar Association.
