J. Pete Theodocion

J. Pete Theodocion is a criminal defense attorney in Augusta, Georgia. The founder of J. Pete Theodocion, Attorney at Law, Mr. Theodocion handles criminal matters including drug crimes, DUI, murder and sex crimes on a state and federal basis. He represents clients throughout the Augusta region.

Mr. Theodocion has over 30 years of experience and is a prominent Georgia criminal defense attorney. Over the course of his career, he has litigated many trials and appeals, successfully defending Georgia residents charged with a misdemeanor or a felony. He understands the devastating impact of a criminal charge or conviction and works tirelessly on behalf of his clients, fighting for reduced or eliminated charges.

Mr. Theodocion earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He holds a license to practice law before all Georgia state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
