Katrell Nash

Attorney Katrell Nash is the  owner of Nash Law Office, LLC, in Augusta, Georgia. A highly rated attorney with more than ten years of legal experience, Ms. Nash serves clients throughout the greater Augusta metro region and surrounding areas who have legal needs involving any of the following practice areas:

Ms. Nash earned her undergraduate degree from The University of Southern Mississippi in 2006. Recognized for her exceptional contributions and academic achievements, she won the Oseola McCarty Service Award and the Outstanding Junior award from the school's African American Student Organization. She also received the Young Visionary Award from the Hattiesburg Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Ms. Nash then attended Mississippi College School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009.

Brought up in a military household, Ms. Nash has settled in many regions across the United States, fostering the ability to adapt to any situation she is faced with. This credence in herself to quickly readjust in any environment paid dividends when she served as an assistant public defender for more than half a decade in Augusta, representing the state in matters ranging from misdemeanors to felony offenses in court.

Along with practicing before all Georgia state courts, Ms. Nash is admitted to practice before all Georgia probate courts, superior courts, and civil and magistrate courts as well as before the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. She also regularly practices before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Active in her legal community, Ms. Nash is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, The Mississippi Bar, the Augusta Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. She is the Immediate Past President of the Augusta Bar Association. 

Recognized in The National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40 list and awarded the Attorney Client Satisfaction Award by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys, Ms. Nash is most content with the many positive testimonials she has received from her clients, ensuring her strong work ethic and dedication to her clients remains everlasting.

Dedicated to her local community as well, Ms. Nash volunteers her time and services for various civic and charitable organizations in her area, including the Masters Table Soup Kitchen, the Walk to End Alzheimer’s event and the Ronald McDonald House. She is an active member and committee chair for Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® Zeta Xi Omega chapter, mentor in the all-girl teen ministry Royalty, a board member for the East Central Region of the American Red Cross and the CSRA Equal Opportunity Authority.
