Andrew Cason “Casey” Geiger is a trial lawyer dedicated to representing individuals and families across Georgia who have suffered life-changing injuries or wrongful death due to negligence, defective products, or corporate misconduct.
Casey has tried numerous cases to jury verdict and secured millions of dollars in results for his clients. In July 2025, he obtained a $15.2 million verdict in Cobb County on behalf of a young woman injured by a drunk driver — one of the largest verdicts in Georgia for a personal injury case that did not involve death or surgery.
In addition to his trial successes, Casey has resolved many high-stakes cases through settlement, including a $4 million confidential settlement for a catastrophically injured client, a $1.25 million settlement in a motor vehicle crash, and a $1 million dram shop settlement involving minors. He has also obtained several other seven-figure results and numerous high six-figure recoveries for clients injured in auto accidents, trucking cases, and other catastrophic events.

Since joining the firm in 2017, Casey has built the litigation practice from the ground up. Under his leadership, the firm has grown from two attorneys and one paralegal to a premier Georgia personal injury trial firm with six attorneys and more than 25 staff members.

Personal Life
Casey lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife, Linnea, and their two sons, Walter and Theo. Family is central to his life, and the Geigers can often be found outdoors — skiing, mountain biking, swimming, or exploring new places. Each summer, they return to Stockholm, Sweden, to spend time with Linnea’s family and experience new adventures together.
At home, Casey emphasizes curiosity and empathy, values he believes are essential both in life and in law: “To be a good lawyer, you must always be curious — always ask why, and always try to understand another person’s perspective.”

- $1.25 Million - Motor Vehicle Accident Our client was an 18-year-old passenger in a pick-up truck driving down a dirt road. The driver lost control of the truck, swerved, and crashed head-first into a tree. Our client suffered horrific injuries, including a spiral fracture to his leg, a fractured knee cap, and lacerations across his head. He was knocked unconscious and pulled from the vehicle just before it burst into flames and was life-flighted to Grady hospital. Through our firm's help, we were able to recover the maximum amount of insurance coverage available. , 2022
- $650,000 - Motor Vehicle Accident Our client was driving his pick-up truck in Douglas County, Georgia when a commercial truck ran through a stop sign and t-boned his vehicle off the road and into a ditch. The impact caused serious injuries to his neck, and ultimately resulted in him having a cervical fusion surgery. The at-fault insurance claimed that our client injuries were not related as he was an older gentleman who performed manual labor all of his life and had degeneration throughout his neck. We were able to obtain doctor testimony that refuted these claims and get the case resolved. , 2022
- $615,000 - Motor Vehicle Accident In 2020, our client was sitting at a red-light just outside the Bridge Mill subdivision in Canton, GA when she noticed an ambulance driving down Bells Ferry road in the opposite direction from her. The ambulance approached the intersection facing a red light. At that same time, another Hyundai sedan was exiting the subdivision on a green light. The ambulance failed to slow or stop to confirm he could proceed forward into the intersection through the red light and the Hyundai t-boned the ambulance as it passed through the intersection. The impact caused the 10,000 lb ambulance to drift left where it struck my client's vehicle head-on at an estimated 30 mph. We brought claims against both the ambulance and Hyundai. We resolved the case just prior to trial. , 2021
- $500,000 - Pedestrian / Vehicle Injury On one sunny day in 2018, our client went for a stroll in his neighborhood. The neighborhood did not contain sidewalks, so he walked on the left-hand side of the road near the drain line. While walking, a young female driver swerved so far into the left-hand side that her tires were on the grass. She struck our client from behind where he was tossed onto the glass then fell onto the pavement. With our help, we were able to track down a ring video of the incident and confirm that the girl was on the wrong side of the road when she struck our client. We recovered the full limits of coverage. , 2018
- $475,000 - Motor Vehicle AccidentOur client, a young PT student studying in Savannah, Georgia, was a front-seat passenger in a ford truck driving near Augusta when an individual turned left in front of the car she was riding in. As a result of the crash, our client's right arm and right pinky were fractured. She needed multiple surgeries to repair the damage to her and also had plates and screws implanted. Liability remained disputed between the two drivers. Our office brough claims against both parties, one for failing to yield and one for driving too fast. As a result, we obtained the full liability coverages from both carries, as well as our clients' full coverage from her underinsured motorist coverage. , 2019
- $450,000 - Motor Vehicle Accident In 2020, our client was a passenger in an Uber when his vehicle was rear-ended by a van. The impact caused serious injuries to his neck, and, after several rounds of treatment through injections, he ultimately underwent a neck surgery. Despite arguments from the defense that his injuries were pre-existing, we were able to prove the need for the neck surgery was caused by the wreck. We recovered the full limits from the driver of the van then proceeded forward with claims against Uber where we were able to resolve the case prior to litigation. , 2021
- $425,000 - Burn Injury In 2018, our client, a welder, was working at a job site re-routing gas pipe lines. The site was controlled as our client continued with his weld when a 3rd party decided to turn the gas on. The result caused the gas pipe to turn into a flame thrower and severally burning our client's face. Liability remained a dispute through litigation, but we were able to successfully resolve the case at mediation. , 2018
