Admitted to practice in the state of Georgia, Mr. Pope earned his Juris Doctor from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. He now has over two decades of experience as a trial lawyer and represents those who have been injured and their families as they seek to recover damages from loss of income, medical bills, and pain and suffering.
Mr. Pope is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Before representing the injured, he defended insurance companies facing personal injury claims. Tom has additional insight into how companies attempt to avoid culpability in an injury case and he uses this to advise his clients.
