Ms. Daley gained admittance to practice law in the state of Georgia in 2001. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Daley has briefed cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and has briefed and argued cases before both the Court of Appeals of Georgia and the Supreme Court of Georgia. After earning her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law in 2001, Ms. Daley began her legal career at a large firm in Atlanta. Ms. Daley also served as a county attorney for Carroll County for nine years before later accepting an invitation to join her present firm.
As a national speaker on litigation issues, Ms. Daley has shared her extensive knowledge and experience with her peers in the national speaking engagements . Ms. Daley has also served the Carroll County Bar Association as president for numerous years.
