As the founding personal injury attorney at Glenda Mitchell Law Firm, Ms. Mitchell represents clients in northern Georgia – Cartersville, Dallas, Marietta, Kennesaw, Rome, Cedartown, Cherokee and Calhoun – as well as South Carolina from Waynesville to Greenville and Spartanburg.  With over 13 years of experience, she handles cases related to car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip-and-falls, and premises liability. She also handles cases for those living in the following counties: Bartow, Paulding, Cobb, Gordon, Murray, Polk, and counties in North Georgia.

Ms. Mitchell attended Anderson University for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated summa cum laude. At John Marshall Law School, she obtained a Juris Doctor, this time graduating magna cum laude. With experience of 11 years working as a paralegal for a personal injury attorney, Ms. Mitchell is passionate about obtaining compensation for those who have been injured due to no fault of their own.
