P. Zach Pritchard

The founder of Pritchard Injury Firm, P. Zach Pritchard focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Based in Cartersville, Georgia, he represents clients throughout the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Mr. Pritchard has been admitted to practice before all Georgia state courts since 2013, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Mr. Pritchard's client base is made up of area residents who have incurred economic and noneconomic losses as a result of the negligence or recklessness of other persons or entities. The types of cases that he has successfully handled during his career have arisen out of incidents involving car, truck, and motorcycle crashes, premises liability, animal bites, and auto-pedestrian accidents. Mr. Pritchard has been able to obtain significant compensation for his plaintiff clients, through both jury awards and settlements that he has successfully negotiated with defendants and their insurance carriers. As an undergraduate, Mr. Pritchard attended Kennesaw State University, where he majored in management and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2009. Remaining in Georgia, he then enrolled at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2012. His professional affiliations include the Cobb County Bar Association.
