Mr. McFall has held several prestigious roles throughout his career. Notably, he has been the attorney for the Polk County Attorney’s Office since 1998 and was the Municipal Court Judge for the city of Cedartown from 2001 to 2013. His commitment to the legal community is further demonstrated by his role as a member of the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Georgia for the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit.
