Brad J. McFall

Brad McFall is a seasoned attorney at the Cedartown office of Gammon, McFall & Villarreal, in Georgia, where he has built a solid reputation through his work in the law practice industry. His legal acumen spans a variety of practice areas, including wrongful death claims, slip-and-fall incidents, trials, workers' compensation and personal injury litigation. Mr. McFall is equally adept in handling all facets of domestic litigation, such as divorce, custody, support issues and domestic violence matters.

A proud alumnus of Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law, Mr. McFall earned his Juris Doctor in 1992, after completing his undergraduate studies in business administration and management at Clemson University in 1989. His legal career commenced in Cedartown, where he has been a vital legal resource since June 1992 when he was licensed by the State Bar of Georgia.

Mr. McFall has held several prestigious roles throughout his career. Notably, he has been the attorney for the Polk County Attorney’s Office since 1998 and was the Municipal Court Judge for the city of Cedartown from 2001 to 2013. His commitment to the legal community is further demonstrated by his role as a member of the Board of Governors for the State Bar of Georgia for the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit. Mr. McFall’s credentials are further solidified by his certification as a Special Master by the Georgia Supreme Court. His extensive bar admissions also include all the district courts in Georgia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
