Archie Grubb

Archie Grubb is a partner at Butler Prather LLP, located in Columbus, Georgia, where he dedicates his practice to handling personal injury, business and insurance disputes, and whistleblower cases. Extending his practice throughout Georgia and the U.S., he covers all matters concerning personal injury and products liability.

Throughout his illustrious career, Mr. Grubb has been instrumental in co-counseling two successful class action lawsuits that secured millions in relief for homeowners over force-placed flood insurance. His involvement in the multidistrict litigation concerning vehicle emissions of two big names in the car manufacturing industry was pivotal, culminating in a significant financial settlement for over 600,000 affected diesel vehicle owners and lessees. Moreover, he played a vital role on the court-appointed steering committee in a notable product liability class action representing millions of Apple iPhone owners.

Mr. Grubb also stood as legal representative for one of six whistleblowers in a landmark $39 million settlement under the False Claims Act, addressing illegal kickbacks and off-label marketing by a pharmaceutical giant. His adept handling of numerous cases has resulted in multimillion-dollar awards for personal injuries and business disputes, alongside several other substantial six-figure settlements.
