Caroline Schley

Caroline Schley is an associate attorney at Butler Prather LLP, a boutique law firm based in Georgia known for its personal injury services. Of the firm’s three offices spread across the state, she works from the one in Columbus and extends her service to citizens throughout the state. She started her practice in Georgia in 2021 after receiving her bar license and she joined the team a couple of months later. Since then, she has made remarkable strides in her career and has been a vital member of the team as well.

Focusing her practice on representing the injured, Ms. Schley has handled a wide array of cases, including trucking accidents, product liability, other catastrophic personal injuries, qui tam and wrongful death.

A cum laude graduate of the Mercer University School of Law, Ms. Schley received her Juris Doctor in the year 2021. At the university, she was involved in various activities throughout the three years she spent there. She was a member as well as the senior managing editor of the university’s Mercer Law Review. She also participated in moot court competitions and was one of the eight elite finalists in the Lawson Moot Court Competition. She received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award.

Prior to law school, Ms. Schley was a student at the University of Georgia's Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, where she pursued studies in public relations. She obtained her bachelor’s degree with high honors in 2017.
