Cody Allen

A native of Gwinnett County, Georgia, Mr. Allen has an outstanding educational background. He received his bachelor’s degree in 2013 from Georgia College & State University, where he served as a student ambassador and the president of the Student Government Association. For his commitment to supporting the Georgia community, he was recognized by Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges & Universities and given the Georgia College Transformational Leader Award in 2013. He was also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and the National Leadership Honor Society.

An honors graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law, Mr. Allen received his J.D. in 2017. During his time there, he worked at two esteemed civil litigation law firms while also clerking for Judge John J. Goger at the Superior Court of Fulton County and serving as the Deputy Director of Communications of the Georgia State Senate. He obtained his license to practice law in Georgia (2017), Alabama and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.

A former defense attorney, Mr. Allen spent about three years early in his career devising the most competent defense strategies for giant health care corporations in Georgia. With experience and understanding of both sides of the coin, he now represents the rights of those injured. He has secured numerous high-dollar jury verdicts on behalf of his clients.
