- $2,000,000 settlement against a company operating heavy tree-trimming equipment along I-95 near Savannah, Georgia. The tree-trimming company's employee negligent drove a piece of heavy equipment down I-95, during the night and without any exterior lights activated. Both of our clients, a husband and wife, suffered serious, life-altering injuries and required extensive medical treatment. The company's insurer paid its policy limits pre-suit., 2019
