Mark A. Casto

The founder of The Mark Casto Law Firm, PC, in Columbus, Georgia, Mark A. Casto is a personal injury attorney with more than 25 years of experience practicing law. His areas of practice involve motor vehicle accidents, product liability, tractor-trailer wrecks, premises liability, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, insurance bad faith and nursing home abuse.

Dedicated to fighting for the rights of his clients who have been victims of another party’s acts of negligence and carelessness, Mr. Casto is a compassionate and understanding attorney. Mr. Casto has a Bachelor of Science degree in sports management from the Western Carolina University, graduating with honors. He obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law. While in law school, he was the recipient of The Best Advocate award by the Academy of Trial Lawyers Moot Court Competition.

Actively involved in the legal field, Mr. Casto is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation and Personal Injury Sections, the Columbus Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia and the Chattahoochee Trial Lawyers Association. He was also the past president of the Chattahoochee Circuit Bar Association.

Mr. Casto is licensed to practice in the state of Georgia and before the United States District Court for the Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the 11th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
