Mr. Buchanan received his Juris Doctor in 2007, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Georgia. Furthermore, he became admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
