Benjamin Wright

With an experience of over a decade, attorney Benjamin Wright concentrates his practice on family law and personal injury law. Serving the firm of Rainwater, Gibbs & Wright, LLP, located in Cordele, Georgia, he strives to provide credible counsel and fierce representation in matters of:

Completing his Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry in 2010, Mr. Wright graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Pursuing his interest in law, he enrolled in the Florida Coastal School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor in 2013 and secured a “Book Award” for the highest score in constitutional law. Immediately after graduation, he joined Rainwater, Gibbs & Wright, LLP, gaining experience working on all phases of litigation, primarily in the fields of personal injury, fraud, family law and commercial litigation.

Licensed to practice in Georgia, Mr. Wright also has admissions to the U.S. District Court for the District of Georgia and the Georgia Court of Appeals. Just three years after joining the firm, he was made a full partner owing to his remarkable litigation skills and dedication to work. 

An active participant in the local community, Mr. Wright does not lose an opportunity to work for its welfare. He has held prominent positions in eminent legal organizations, such as a board member of the Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce, president of the Rotary Club of Cordele and an officer of the Cordele Circuit Bar Association. In addition, he holds memberships in the Georgia trial lawyers association, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill General Alumni Association and The Rams Club.
