George School of Law at Mercer University, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1998. Fully committed to his practice, he is an active member of several local, state and national legal organizations, including the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Atlanta Bar Association, where he has served on the board of directors.

In addition, Mr. Manton has also served as president of the Atlanta Council of Young Lawyers, treasurer of the Cobb County Bar Association's Elder Law Section and secretary of the Cobb County Trial Lawyers Association.
