- $300,000.00 total settlement for our client who suffered a herniated disc that required surgery after being involved in a car wreck. The at-fault driver's insurance quickly offered their $100,000.00 policy limits but our client's Underinsured Motorist carrier insurance initially refused to pay its $200,000.00 policy limits, claiming that the injury may not have been related to the wreck. We filed suit on behalf of our client and obtained several favorable reports from her treating doctors and surgeon that all linked her injuries to the wreck. The insurance carrier ultimately relented and paid its full policy limits after trying several times to make lesser settlement offers. , 2015

The case settled for the full insurance policy limits soon after we completed our investigation. , 2017
- A confidential settlement was reached in the wrongful death claim against a Georgia nursing home after our investigation showed the nursing home failed to provide proper care and monitoring to a patient with a trachea tube to assist in her breathing. - Confidential settlement for a young man who suffered a traumatic brain injury at a private facility for troubled youths. Our client was beat up by another resident who had a history of violent behavior. Our client suffered a fractured skull and permanent after-effects from his brain injury. The facility denied liability for our client's injuries and fought bitterly to contest our case. Our investigation uncovered a surveillance video of the attack as well as admissions by the staff counselors that they were playing cards at the time of the attack rather than supervising the kids as they were supposed to be doing. The exact amount of the settlement was made confidential at the request of the facility's insurance carrier. , 2018
