Ms. Adam is a former federal prosecutor with over 20 years of experience with healthcare compliance and litigation in matters arising under the False Claims Act.
Lynn established Adam Law LLC to advise healthcare providers regarding compliance matters and to represent whistleblowers in qui tam litigation under the False Claims Act. With experience on both sides of the enforcement equation, Lynn offers clients a comprehensive perspective on healthcare compliance, internal investigations, the False Claims Act and other fraud and abuse laws, and retaliation issues.
Adam Law is honored to assist health systems, physicians, and healthcare organizations with issues relating to federal and state fraud and abuse laws, compliance programs and policies, privileged internal investigations, compliance audits, and issues surrounding potential whistleblowers and retaliation claims.
Adam Law is equally proud to represent whistleblowers who have direct knowledge of fraud upon federal and state programs causing losses to American taxpayers. Adam Law represents individuals and companies who bring claims under the federal and state False Claims Acts for violations involving Medicare, Medicaid, grant programs, and other government contracts. Whistleblowers are courageous individuals who speak up to shine a light on abuses that otherwise go undetected.
Lynn also draws on her healthcare experience to provide expert witness services. She is regularly engaged as an expert witness in matters relating to the False Claims Act and other healthcare fraud and abuse laws and regulations. Whether as a testifying or consulting expert, Lynn offers expert advice and opinion regarding a range of healthcare fraud enforcement topics and compliance.
