Robert G. Rubin

Bob Rubin has been practicing criminal defense in state and federal courts for over 30 years. His practice has involved all areas of criminal law with an emphasis on the representation of individuals accused of crimes against children, white collar cases, and the representation of healthcare professionals in criminal and licensing board cases. A graduate of Emory University School of Law, Bob is a frequent lecturer throughout the United States and has taught Criminal Litigation at Emory for the past 25 years. Bob is a Past President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is the past Chairman of the Criminal Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association. In addition to being named to Georgia Super Lawyers, Bob was inducted into the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers and has been named one of Georgia's Top Lawyers by Georgia Trend, and was named 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in White Collar Crime.
