Carlos Fernández is an Attorney with Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. Born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, he graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and graduated from Emory University with degrees in Political Science and English.
Mr. Fernández completed his legal studies at the University of Florida Levin College of Law where he earned a Certificate of Family Law, was a trial practice teaching assistant. Subsequently, he moved to Atlanta to practice family law and then completed a tour with the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office. Afterward, he worked at Freeman Mathis & Gary as a civil defense attorney. Here, he assisted business owners and companies through the course of civil litigation; from premises liability, personal injury, to Section 1983 matters
