Attorney Charles Scholle is the founder and owner of Scholle Law Personal Injury Lawyers in Duluth, Georgia. Mr. Scholle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business, and he obtained his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1995. While in law school, he served on the editorial board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law as well as the Mock Trial Team.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.

A leader in his legal community, Mr. Scholle has served as president and chairman of the Atlanta Bar Association's Estate Planning and Probate Section, and he is an active member of numerous local, state and national legal organizations. He has written extensively, and conducted lectures and seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics involving personal injury litigation, dram shop liability, estate planning and administration, and other subjects.
