Jan P. Cohen

Attorney Jan P. Cohen is the director of litigation at the highly respected Georgia law firm of Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., which has eight law offices throughout the state. Mr. Cohen works primarily in the firm's offices in Duluth and Atlanta, where he focuses his practice on protecting the rights of Georgia residents who have suffered injuries or losses at the hands of negligent individuals, businesses or professionals. He regularly represents the interests of clients as they pursue compensation related to the following:

Mr. Cohen began his legal career in 1984 after earning his law degree from Mercer University School of Law and his admission to the State Bar of Georgia. In addition to his approval to practice law before all of Georgia's state courts, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit have also granted approvals for him to practice law in their courtrooms.
