Marci R. Rosenberg is the founder of the Georgia based law firm of Marci R Rosenberg, P.C. She founded the firm more than two and a half decades ago. Ms. Rosenberg has diligently represented individuals who have experienced personal injuries in motor vehicle collisions, tractor trailer collisions, premise’s liability, fall injury cases, and work related injuries for 30 years.
Originally hailing from Louisville, Kentucky, Ms. Rosenberg came to Georgia to go to college at Emory University and stayed for law school. She has practiced law in Georgia for 30 years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in 1990 and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law in 1993.
After receiving her bar license in 1993, Ms. Rosenberg started her legal career as an associate attorney at an Atlanta-based firm focused on personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and trucking cases. She joined forces with another firm in 1995 handling the firm’s personal injury cases, Worker’s Compensation, as well as other general litigation matters. At the end of 1995 she decided to establish her own firm.
Ms. Rosenberg is a Fellow The College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers, an honorary position held by fewer than 10 female attorneys in the state of Georgia. She is AV Preeminent* peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell, and has a "Superb" rating on Avvo.

Verdicts / Settlements (Case Results)
- Injured Worker broke her knee and had loss of blood to her brain during surgery, she also sustained a infection in her leg necessitating a leg amputation. When she hired Ms. Rosenberg after all of this happened her case was fraught with disagreements about her home care and other complications. The issues were straightened out in a few months time and her case was settled. She received a lump sum settlement of her weekly income benefits of $475,000, plus $152,004 for the purchase of an annuity for her non-Medicare covered medical expenses and services, plus $194,990 in funds for her Medicare covered medical expenses.
- Young man fell 18 feet and landed feet first. His case was litigated over whether his hip condition was related and the condition was established as related to the work injury. The case was later established as catastrophic. The Injured Worker received a settlement that included funds for future income benefits, Medicare covered medical expenses, non-Medicare covered medical expenses, and professional assistance with his Medicare Set-Aside funds, when all total is expected to pay out over $826,257 over the Injured Worker's life expectancy. The defense attorney on this case once said it would never settle for more than $40,000 and he was a highly regarded and well-published defense attorney in the WC community.
- Improperly unqualified tractor trailer driver hit young woman who was waiting for a tire to be changed on her vehicle. The Tractor Trailer driver ran off the road and was driving in the wrong lane of traffic. The Plaintiff suffered serious injuries to her leg resulting in 5 surgeries. Her case was settled with acknowledgement and payment of punitive damages after considerable litigation and video deposition of the defendant. The Plaintiff did not have to pay back for $85,000 in medical bills to her medical insurer because due to the terms of the out-of-state insurer's policy.
