• Mosby v. State. Georgia Court of Appeals. Reversed the trial court's denial of special demurrer when state prosecutor failed to show why a lengthy offense date range could not be narrowed to give the accused a fair chance to defend himself at trial., 2013
• Velasquez vs. State, 276 Ga. App. 527 (2005): Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's felony forgery conviction for failure of evidence to establish beyond a reasonable doubt the essential element of intent to defraud. This case has been used state wide to obtain misdemeanor treatment, rather than felony treatment, for immigrants whose only offense has been carrying a fraudulent work identification card or badge., 2005
