Brett Willis

With over two decades of experience, Brett Willis is a stalwart legal representative with immense legal and practical knowledge, using all the legal tools available in his arsenal at his clients’ behest. The founder of Brett Willis Law LLC in Gainesville, Georgia, he primarily handles all aspects of criminal law, including drug offenses, sex crimes, traffic violations and many more. 

Mr. Willis attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and talents with the foresight of helping clients in the future. He received his Juris Doctor in 2003 and went on to earn his Master of Laws degree from the New York University School of Law a year later. In 2005, he became licensed to practice law across all Georgia state courts.

A champion advocate for his clients, Mr. Willis strives to take the brunt of their legal woes on his shoulders so that they can focus on themselves and what matters to them most.
