Chandelle T. Summer

Chandelle T. Summer is a founding partner of Summer & Summer, Attorneys at Law, in Gainesville, Georgia. Since establishing her firm in 1988, she has been advocating for the rights of those accused of criminal charges and clients seeking to navigate family legal issues. Majoring in political science and economics, Ms. Summer obtained her B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin in 1981. She completed her legal education at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, in 1985. She served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Northeastern Judicial Circuit in Gainesville, Georgia, and as an Assistant Public Defender of Fulton County, Georgia.

First admitted to practice in Texas in 1985, Ms. Summer is authorized to appear in the state courts of Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. 

A knowledgeable professional, Ms. Summer co-hosts a show at the WDUN radio station, conversing with local and national political maestros. She has contributed a number of articles on her areas of practice and has also appeared as a guest speaker on television channels such as Fox & Friends First and MSNBC.
