Dustin’s experience trying cases to juries will help maximize the value of your case. Insurance companies know the attorneys who have success in the courtroom and that is what motivates them to resolve your case for its full value. Many of Dustin’s jury verdicts have far exceeded the best offers from the insurance companies. Dustin has successfully tried cases throughout Georgia and in Tennessee and Alabama. He has also handled cases in Florida, South Carolina, and Mississippi.
Former clients have said:

- The Avvo Rating is our effort to evaluate a lawyer’s background based on the information available in an attorney’s Avvo profile. We create the rating using a model that considers information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Any information that affects the Avvo Rating is visible in an attorney’s profile. The rating is a number on a 0-10 scale with a 10-rated lawyer garnering the title of “superb.”, Avvo 10.0 Rating, Avvo, 2015 - 2023
- For the 15th year, Georgia Trend is recognizing the state’s top attorneys – by asking the lawyers themselves who they think are the best in their field. This year’s exceptional attorneys practice in all corners of the state, from Atlanta and Augusta to Waycross and Savannah and represent 16 practice areas: Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights, Business Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Entertainment/Sports Law, Environmental Law, Family Law, General Practice/Trial Law, Immigration Law, Labor & Employment, Personal Injury, Public Finance/Bonds, Real Estate/Construction Law, and Taxes/Estates/Trusts, plus two new categories this year, Healthcare Law and Intellectual Property. For the third year, we asked some of our top vote getters their opinions about the legal profession and Georgia. You’ll see their profiles throughout the list. To compile this listing, attorneys submitted their nominations via our website at georgiatrend.com. Any attorney who is a member of the state bar and lives and practices in Georgia was eligible to vote and to be voted onto this list. Respondents were not allowed to vote for themselves. They could, however, vote for members of their own firms only if they voted for an equal or greater number of attorneys outside their firms. We received nominations for nearly 2,000 attorneys. The ones with the most votes by their peers appear in the following pages in alphabetical order in the categories in which their fellow attorneys voted them, although some may practice in more than one area. The lists are determined solely by lawyers’ votes; places on the list are not for sale. The names of the attorneys who are advertisers appear in red type. Ballots were tallied and names verified by the Georgia Trend editorial staff., Legal Elite, Georgia Trend, 2017

- Strong leadership is a key ingredient in the continuing development of a thriving community. The Greater Hall Chamber’s Leadership Hall County (LHC) program educates emerging and existing leaders to be integral players in the future of our community. Since its inception in 1983, over 800 men and women representing our diversity have completed this program and have taken their place as leaders in the community. Among the alumni are business professionals, politicians, judges, corporate CEOs, successful entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, devoted educators and dedicated community volunteers. Through a series of sessions combining lectures and tours participants learn about such topics as: Economic Development, Public Safety, Politics, Tourism, Education, Healthcare, Social Services, Agriculture and Quality of Life. While every year follows a similar format, each class is adjusted to meet the specific needs and interests of the class while also staying abreast of current events and new venues. Class members are informed and, thereby becoming better qualified and more encouraged to take an active role in the decision making processes within the community. The connections made with classmates and the interaction with top community leaders adds value to this program well before and long after graduation, Graduate, Leadership Hall County, 2014 - 2016

- The Daily Report is proud to announce our 2015 class for "On the Rise"—a selection of Georgia lawyers under the age of 40 who are making a difference in the community and will continue to do so in the future. The people we chose came from a pool of dozens of lawyers nominated by colleagues, co-counsel, mentors, friends and Daily Report staff. We faced the difficult task of selecting just 40. It wasn't easy. Those not chosen remain on our radar screen for future developments as their careers progress. Our honorees have made significant impacts on behalf of their clients. Some are likely candidates to one day serve the judicial system as judges and justices. Some already have big verdicts under their belts. Others are dealmakers in complex multimillion-dollar transactions. All told, the candidates were selected not only for what they've achieved thus far, but for what we believe they're likely to accomplish for the legal profession and for their respective communities in the future.Read more: http://www.dailyreportonline.com/id=1202731508812/Daily-Report-Announces-2015-On-the-Rise-Class#ixzz3gigIFn6j, On the Rise 40 Under 40, The Fulton County Daily Report, 2015
