Kate S. Cook

Partner at Cook Law Group LLC, Kate S. Cook represents clients in the state of Georgia who have sustained injuries at the hands of another individual or entity. Her personal injury practice focuses on brain injuries, wrongful death, trucking accidents and car accidents. She has almost two decades of experience writing, researching, preparing and managing cases with several different firms, and she was an adjunct professor for the Mercer University School of Law.

Mrs. Cook attended The University of the South, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Russian. At Mercer University School of Law, she earned her Juris Doctor when she again graduated magna cum laude as a Woodruff Scholar and member of the Brainerd F. Currie Honors Society. She is now admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and is passionate about providing high-quality legal representation to the injured.

A current member and former associate director of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Cook has been involved in many professional organizations throughout her career. These include the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the Mercer University School of Law Board of Visitors, the Ohio Association for Justice, the Columbus Bar Association and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
