Misty Gann

Misty Gann is an attorney at the law firm of Misty Gann Law, LLC, in Hiram, Georgia. Licensed to practice law in Georgia since 2020, she concentrates her practice on family law matters, including custody and visitation, divorce, dependency, wills, legitimation and child support matters, fathers’ rights, and juvenile defense, to name a few. 

Ms. Gann has immense experience working at the Division of Family and Children Services in Georgia and is well aware of how the system works. She uses this knowledge for the benefit of her clients and helps them at every stage of their case. She is a compassionate and diligent attorney, fighting for her clients’ rights and protecting their best interests and needs. 

Graduating magna cum laude and with dean’s list honors, Ms. Gann received her Bachelor of Science degree in political science and government from Kennesaw State University. She went on to study law at the Georgia State University College of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctor cum laude and with high distinction. 

While in law school, Ms. Gann was the president of the Student Bar Association and a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, the Family Law Society and OUTLaw. She was also the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Tax Clinic. 

Ms. Gann is actively involved with the Atlanta Bar Association, the Paulding County Bar Association and the Cobb County Bar Association. She also is a firm believer in helping those who need it the most and is a member of the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. She has received the Ginny and Kelly Smith Tax Clinic Award from the Atlanta Bar Foundation.
