An attorney at The Frey Law Firm, Steven Morgan Frey represents clients in Jonesboro, Fayetteville, McDonough and Atlanta in matters of criminal law. He also handles cases for clients in Clayton, Fayette, Henry and Fulton counties. His practice focuses on cases of drunk driving, theft, murder and other violent crimes, gun charges at the airport, sex offenses, federal white collar crime, drug crimes and domestic violence.
Mr. Frey earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia. With a passion for defending the rights of those facing criminal charges, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from Atlanta Law School soon after. Currently he is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia and has been since 1993. He is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Georgia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Georgia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
If a case does not have the results Mr. Frey or his client wants, he also handles the appeal process, giving clients another shot at a successful future. With several decades of experience, he is prepared to handle the most complex of cases. He is a founding member of the American Association of Aggressive Attorneys and a former president of the Clayton County Bar Association.
