Chase Elleby

Chase Elleby is a partner at Williams Elleby Howard & Easter, where he dedicates his entire practice to representing injured individuals and grieving families in the greater Atlanta area. Operating from the firm’s Kennesaw, Georgia, office, he handles a wide array of personal injury and wrongful death matters, including automobile, commercial vehicle and motorcycle collisions; premises liability claims; dog bite incidents; catastrophic brain injuries; and medical malpractice cases.

A lifelong resident of Kennesaw, Mr. Elleby earned dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and social science from Florida State University in 2007. He continued his legal studies at Georgia State University College of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 2011. His solid academic foundation underpins a career that balances zealous advocacy with a deep understanding of both plaintiffs’ and defendants’ strategies.

Since being admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2011, Mr. Elleby has also secured admissions to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia.
