Marc Howard is a partner at Williams Elleby Howard & Easter, located in Kennesaw, Georgia, where he represents individuals and families harmed by negligence and wrongful conduct. His practice spans complex personal injury and catastrophic loss matters, including tractor-trailer and automobile collisions, aviation accidents, medical malpractice, negligent security, nursing home negligence and wrongful death claims.
Mr. Howard earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Virginia, with bar admission dating back to 1993. He is also admitted to practice in state courts and has argued more than 20 times before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Mr. Howard remains actively involved in the legal profession through numerous organizations and service roles. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Atlanta Bar Association, and he supports community service through the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation, which provides free legal representation to children in domestic matters.
Before law school, Mr. Howard worked on Capitol Hill as a congressional legislative assistant, analyzing federal trucking and aviation regulations. He later spent nearly a decade defending airlines, trucking companies and insurers before shifting his practice in 2002 to represent injured individuals. He has secured nationally recognized verdicts, including a top-100 personal injury verdict featured in Top Verdicts magazine, and regularly speaks at legal seminars nationwide. He is also a certified civil mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, and remains deeply engaged in professional leadership and community service.
Mr. Howard’s work has been widely recognized. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America by U.S. News from 2020 to the present.
